Например, сотрудники Телетрейд почему-то забывают упомянуть тот факт, что их спреды не фиксированы, а значит могут в любую секунду вырасти в разы выше, чем у других брокеров, у которых они хоть и высоки, но жестко фиксированы в границах. Или те же свопы, которые могут удивить любого трейдера своим размером. И это не забывая о том, что с вероятностью 99,999% клиент не сможет вывести ни цента со своего счета.
Чем дальше в лес, тем больше дров Телетрейд ломает. Отзывы, которые я видел еще три или четыре года назад, когда они соблазняли меня синхронной торговлей, были не настолько отратительные как сейчас. Это не значит, что тогда Телетрейд был порядочной конторой и честно работал, я все-таки принял решение не связываться с этими аферистами, но такой жести тогда не было. Не знаю, был ли тогда у них в штате Сергей Сароян, но людей похищать ему, по всей видимости, не давали. Так что компания явно деградирует.
Дозвониться своему менеджеру Телетрейд или же в их техподдержку с первого раза просто нереально. Это просто капец какой-то!! Я уже забодалась с этим их отношением. А самое ужасное, что потом, когда дозвонишься, почти всегда натыкаешься на грубость и откровенное хамство. Когда мой депозит внезапно оказался вне зоны моего контроля я обзванивала все их номера, но смогла дозвониться лишь через 1,5 часа! А потом мне просто сказали, что мой счет закрыт так как по нему в течении года не было операций. Хотя только вчера я беседовала с руководителем Телетрейд, по имени Сергей Сароян, что хочу вывести большую часть средств. Вот так они сразу и отреагировали.
Я просто поражаюсь менеджерам в Телетрейд. Вначале мне рассказывалось одно, но как только я открыл депозит и завел деньги на счет, как сразу появилось куча “мелкого текста в договоре”. Оказывается, у них и комиссия есть за сделки, хотя божились, что нет. И спреды у них далеко не самые низкие, самые низкие в Телетрейд сравнимы почти с максимальными у других брокеров. Да и других таких на***к просто море. А самое дикое, что когда я захотел снять деньги со счета, со мной связался Сергей Сароян, один из директоров Телетрейд, и открыто сказал, что денег я не получу, а если буду хипешевать, то получу как некий Олег Фурдуй и скинул мне ссылку на его интервью в Ютубе. То есть он скинул спокойно доказательство на свое же преступление, но его почему-то никто не трогает.
